9. You don't know what would or wouldn't have happened. This girl was kidnapped.

People have been kidnapped without the cars left idling. Reportedly she was the one who started the car.
The guy then reportedly forced her into the car. We don't know if it was a crime of opportunity or pre-planned until/if police finds the perp.
