2. My daughters have POTS. Watch for too many NSAIDS, they might trip an auto-immune issue.

If you get weird skin rashes and lesions, it might be from NSAIDS and it often gets misdiagnosed. All the while you might continue to take them for pain and it could actually be making matters worse. With POTS, you need to stay hydrated and eat salty foods, if you can, to retain water and thirst. Watch for teas, coffees and other diuretics. Two of the girls take fludrocortisone. Hopefully, they'll outgrow it as it mostly affects teenage and twenties women. Early rising from a rested position can make one feel light-headed because the heart isn't up to speed yet. Hot showers can also make one light-headed.
