11. I've been called on many times by my family

To talk to... well, mock... various family members out of naming their kids something stupid. One of my nephews, who has a regular name, has me to thank for not being named Sinatra. I can't remember what name another family member was going to name her daughter but she was convinced not to by my telling her I knew a stripper by that name and going, "Welcome to the stage, <stripper name>! She'll be available for lap dances later on." Nothing against strippers... just saddling kids with the curse of a bad name.
