The worst of this case is allegations that Assange had sex while wearing a broken condom, and had sex with a woman while she was sleeping. Note that in both cases, the women got in bed with him voluntarily, and the women themselves have said that Assange did not rape them.

If it were anyone but Assange, the prosecutor would have thrown this case out for lack of evidence, and one of the Swedish prosecutors did, before he was overruled.
