Because when he extended he said he expects a $200,000 tax refund. That suggests major changes from the estimate he released earlier for 2011. And there are still missing forms from his 2010 tax returns, particularly involving his Swiss bank account. The missing forms could clarify whether he took the tax amnesty offered for those that previously failed to report certain offshore income.
