Had a few setbacks yesterday which resulted in great swelling and some setbacks but hopefully lots of ice and Ibuprofen will help that. The opioids do nothing for me so I don't bother.

I have to go back to work on Monday but it's remote so that's good. I need to fly Jan 12 so I have additional incentive.
