specifically Joy Reid's panel on Saturday and Chris Matthews' panel last night. Look for the segment with Jason Johnson. They're saying that if a POC or a woman isn't on the ticket it will (not might), depress turnout. I'm also seeing it among some very prominent twitter users that many here on DU may be familiar with.
