No, he requested an ethics investigation that those senators would not respect.
And even then he said his memory of the events were not the same.

Listen if Harris and the others can’t take my criticism of what I feel is a complete capitulation to the Republican smear campaign, then she’s not a very strong candidate. So either way, she’s not my choice. Ever.
Edited to add: Not my choice. I will vote for the Dem nominee.
