paragraph encapsulates perfectly the "ick" factor with Mitt:

"People just don't like the guy. He's a dork who tries too hard. He has too much money, too much Brylcreme in his hair, and he comes off like the phony he is, even with an open collar and a "casual" shirt."

His voice and body language make my skin crawl and the furtive, desperate look in his eyes makes me cringe. Singularly unattractive personality.
How he managed to get elected as governor in MA is still a mystery to me! SG
