he's been pretty much correct on most of Trump/Russia. He basically said that in light of the Flynn cronies being charged on Monday, the information that Flynn gave up to Mueller must have been "gold plated" in order to get the minimal to no jail time recommendation from Mueller.

Sounds like he agrees with your thinking.
