18. They are not government worlers and they are not Mail Carriers.

The USPS was spun off from the government in 1973 and it's the National Asoociation of Letter Carriers. Other emplyee crafts are Maintenance, Clerks, Mail Handlers, Engineers, Acountants, Postal Inspectors, clerical and others besides Postmasters.
