Imagine working for Trump. Thats how it is working for postal management. I am not kidding.
Tens of thousands of the most dedicated mail carriers were driven out of the post office. Thousands of routes were eliminated.The carriers that survived had to absorb all those routes. They are now all micro managed down to the minute. Some days there are not enough carriers to deliver the mail. Routes are broken up into pieces and given to all the carriers. It's a fucking joke.
Customer service was severely damaged by management. They will not let mail carriers do their job. Like the rest of America, the postal service went fucking insane.

I used to feel this way, but after 2 different carriers who can't get my mail in my box, I can't.
