I know what you/they would call it if a democrat did a fraction of this...

Elon Musk would get a phone call from said democrat:

Said Democrat: "Elon, I have commited multiple crimes including emoluments clause, lying under oath, obstructing justice and working with a foreign government to influence an election, can you build me a spaceship because the ONLY place I will be safe is Mars?"
