I am not an attorney, but I have heard attorneys say on a number of occasions that receiving anything of value and benefit to the campaign without disclosing it is a violation of campaign finance laws.

Also, isn't receiving illicitly acquired information and using it illegal?

Third, didn't several people tell the FBI or Mueller that they never got hacked emails so there is also lying to the FBI and Special Prosecutor.
