look at the Missouri SOS page displays what "voting" systems have been certified:

Couple that with wingnut media, and you have a formula for turning a swing state red.

I don't have all the numbers, but considering the final tally was

Josh Hawley Republican 1,254,927 51.4%
Claire McCaskill* Democrat 1,112,935 45.6%

and considering that MO has voter ID laws, voting systems that are not secure, and with absentee ballots vulnerable to loss in chain of custody, etc., it's hard to say who really won.
