would reject that?

Health care is going to have to wait, just because you are concerned that he will he will have bragging rights that he fixed the ACA

Unbelievable.

First of all they won't go for Medicare for all anyway, but if they did, it would be a trade well worth it.

As for your view that the ACA is so durable, perhaps you haven't been observing just how unaffordable the premiums have risen because of the uncertainty generated by the republicans, and the removal of the mandate in 2019. Because of that, enrollment is down 13% from last year, and even if the SC rules the ACA is Constitutional without the mandate, without that mandate, insurance companies will stop insuring thought the ACA, and those that remain, because of less competition, the premiums will go even higher.

The only way the ACA will succeed is with the mandate, because it pools both healthy and not healthy people together. Without that mandate the ACA will last three years because those insurance companies that remain will have to increase their premiums significantly higher, since less healthy people will sign up.
