9. He may say "Nothing matters" but the reality for him is that

“Everything matters.” It is all about him. And anyone who sees him, observes his behavior and lifestyle knows that it all matters to him because (in his mind) he is the center of the universe.

The next year will be extremely difficult for him because all the things that matter to him will be on the line. He is going to be exposed as the biggest con artist, maybe EVER, in American history. He will go down in flames, destroyed by his own actions. And there will be nothing he can do about it except flail, rant, rave and try to hold on to his position. Expect even more ridiculous statements and actions because he will not accept his fate. (Never forget: it ALL matters to him.)

The psychologists and psychiatrists, mental health counselors and other professionals trained in dealing with malignant narcissists won’t be the least bit surprised. They’ve been warning us for months what to expect. He will be backed into a corner (he is just about there on the government shut down over his beloved WALL) and critters who are in that position snarl, bite and slap whatever comes near them. Expect a rough ride but if we stand back and keep the tranquilizer injections handy, maybe we’ll all survive this.
