(6,810 posts)33. This was alerted on, I called it a bad faith alert.
I've long maintained the jury system is broken, far too easy to abuse both by those issuing alerts and by juries who can't separate themselves from the case before them. I've always tried to be fair and impartial, and when I find I can't I decline.
