No reputable bank on the planet would lend POtuS a dime since at least the early 2000's because he was a deadbeat. He had to turn to the sleazy oligarchs in Russia and Saudis just to stay afloat. Where do people think he got the money to tack his name up on all of his "properties, his salary from "The Apprentice?"

Biff & Dim Son outed him in 2007.
