15. These white anarchists need to be locked up immediately when caught on camera.

Nothing will stop this kind of racist behavior unless law enforcement is swift and severe. These people are usually cowards and pick on the helpless. Once the word get out that if caught jail is certain, they will stop it. Most people are armed with cell phone cameras.
