3. There's simply not enough jails.

That list covers MILLIONS of Americans. Does anyone realize how many taxpayers this will transform into wards of the state? If the Government takes action on this, it will destroy what remains of the tax base and there won't even be money to keep the jails open.

Bring it on, Uncle Sam... bring it on.
