McConnell is sitting on it out of spite that the Dem House passed his Bill. He is an obstructionist in the purest sense of the word. To even declare on the Senate floor that NO BILL that comes out of the House now will get approval if Trump is against it. Means that McConnell and the Senate now work for Trump and no longer for the people.

Republicans need to be reminded that they work for us. the American people no matter what party they belong to.
