Congress needs to step up and work for citizens who are suffering from this shutdown and just pass a funding bill with a veto-proof majority in both Houses. They do not need Trumps agreement, and Trump himself has shown that negotiating with him is useless because you cant believe a word he says or that he will actually do what he says. Republicans just need the courage to do what is right for the people and get government operating again.
