10. Is the bot level that high?

I thought there was a point where he pretty much asked for "people" to call in to their congresspersons and demand whatever it was he wanted. Wondered if that was just a prearranged signal to fire up the ol' fake support campaign but I thought, nah, he wouldn't be THAT blatant about it again. Maybe I was wrong
