But I haven't seen anyone judge her abilities at this point - but people are cautioning her to develop her obvious natural talents to make sure she lives up to her potential.

While it's a great attribute to have, charisma isn't a requirement for or a guarantee of a successful political career. I've known and worked with politicians who have the charisma of an earthworm, but they've been very successful because they consistently deliver for their constituents. And I've also known and worked with politicians who were brimming with charisma, but being charismatic turned out to be their only turned out to be their only talent and didn't do the hard, unsexy work required and they didn't last very long.
