1. NPR this morning- trickle effect selling/buying homes

I’m not sure if issuing flood insurance is being done. It was stalled last week.

Government employees trying to buy a home or even refinance may not be able to because confirmation of wages aren’t happening now. This also has an effect on the sale of homes of course.
