8. It's a type of arthritis caused by a buildup of uric acid in the joints

The uric acid builds up and forms crystals between the joints, most often the big toe, but it could spread anywhere in the foot or even up to the knee. It causes swelling and massive pain. You cannot walk. You crawl on your knees. You cannot even stand to have the weight of a sheet over your feet. It is BAD!
