as to this era. Do remember a civics class were each day we listened to radio broadcasts as well as use the Newspaper reports to discuss these topics. Sad to say,our Drunkin Senator was Tail Gunner Joe McCarty whom our teacher knew as a classmate in school.

Rosenberg's as well as other family members were tried and convicted under a recently past Law in 1948 which was specifically enacted to replace Wartime Treason Law in peace time. Do recall it to be named as Crimes against the USA law.
