35. Ryan was the most over-rated political figure in recent history.

It began to be obvious during his debate with Joe Biden, and went downhill from there. He was a total loss as Speaker of the House, but at least he was self-aware enough to have to be dragged into that position. Good that he's gone, but he'll probably not make a good lobbyist, either. Certainly he'll never starve.
