33. I've always wonder why/how ...

These rw fundies would say something like this ...

We must pray that God Almighty Himself moves Heaven and Earth to rid our government of this unholy, filthy, communist scum that has infested the democrat party, our government and our society!!

Doesn't that cut against the omnipotence/all knowingness of their god?

Well ... Okay ... maybe their god can be cajolled into doing something ...

but then, they say something like this:

And we know that God will not do that. He leaves these earthly tasks to us.

What happened to the "Thy will be done" thingy? Seems to me, their god has already answered and the answer was "NO! I like it as it is ... thanks for praying."
