That is moronic toddler foot stomping.
He knows he's not getting the wall.
He knows the gov't is going to re-open without any funding for the wall.
He knows funding for a wall will never get passed the House.
Notice the last part of his second tweet: "That is the theme for two years...". That's a sure sign of resignation.
While he's stomping his feet, Speaker Pelosi is silently looking over him observing his tantrums with the ultimate power to deny him without saying a word.
