They haven't yet. But if they do, it might be interesting to see what happens. Although, there are probably enough rednecks who flock to Florida to sustain them. So on second thought you might be right.

After the most recent election, I don't see Florida as a swing state. While the rest of the country went blue, Florida went dark red at the state level. I don't see a scenario in two years where it turns blue.
