She showed she makes decisions according to what is best for herself. She also said, "“I will serve my six-year term,” during her reelection campaign in 2018. Ha. After winning, within the month she announced she was considering running for President (which we all knew, right?).

I do think that anyone on the list to oust Franken is questionable. The decision to oust someone without even questioning any of the accusers, much less getting any accusations under oath, is a big deal, and shows that the decision was to serve one's own interest.

Those who followed and signed the list are also questionable, because they are followers, not leaders.

Kobuchar distinguishes herself in this regard, for whatever reason. It shows independence and leadership to make a call that goes against the flow.
