He invented a new lingo for his beverages that's designed to rip you off!

small=short
medium=tall
large=grande
extra large=venti

ok fine. But now go and ask for a small coffee at your starbucks VOILA they translate "small" into.......... TALL!! you didn't say the magic word "short"

multiply the price differential by number of times this scam is perpetrated (zillions) and you see what a sleazebag this guy is.
