I had dropped eggs and milk from my diet for years, except for an occasional egg mcmuffin and ice cream, or through bread or other baked goods. But I have reintroduced fresh eggs and cream to my diet, along with oatmeal. I use eggs from free range laying hens and cream from free range diary cows to assuage my concerns about treatment of the animals, the producers seem to take pride in ethically caring for the animals.
