54. Are Northam and Herring racists?

I keep asking ... what are the civil rights record of Northam and Herring for their years in public life?

If they have been progressive on civil rights and race issues, then I just don't see how one photo and a couple of recounting of three decade old behaviors should mean they have to resign now.
