It is a quote from a piece written by an Englishman.

I didn't write it. I (The DU'er known as A HERETIC I AM) AM NOT REFERRING TO ANYONE AS A "Twat".

Look....this sort of bullshit just has to stop, OK? I personally am not insulting you, nor am I intending to offend you directly. I put up a piece, with proper attribution, written by an author that is presumably NOT a DU'er, and as such, I don't have any desire to censor his writings to satisfy the delicate sensibilities of this website.
