Catbyte, you have been here a bit longer than I have. We are both old hands on this site. It can not have escaped your attention that the general populace of this board seems to have devolved to a point where a joke, unless properly formatted and screened, is suspect.

I submit to you that in the context of the OP I put up, the present DU'ers simply read it for what it is; a reporting of what someone else said that may hold relevant commentary of the day.
