38. Questionable, based on voting patterns and the electoral college

There's no evidence that younger voters will carry the day; they haven't voted in the past like you describe and having those two candidates changing things may just be wishful thinking. Fact is, the upper midwest will again be the battleground and you have to win MI, WI and PA towin the electoral college. Of all the announced candidates I think Harris has the hardest time doing that and is in fact the candidate they want to face.

Also, as 2016 showed, winning the popular vote doesn't matter. Winning the electoral college is what it is about.
