2. weak. the sky could very well fall if the repubs gain the Presidency

and keep the House- let alone take the Senate. And they have a decent shot at doing all three. I'm so tired of the hapless belief that Obama will win. There's sure as fuck no guarantee of that.

What does this paragraph even mean?

"The only hope of progressives is to force America to realize that,no the sky does not fall when there is not a GOP in the Oval Office; then, as the banks continue being themselves, we can feed them the more progressive types, as they will have nothing else to eat. The GOP will also be forced to tamp down it's image, as a MITT collapse would be a complete fiasco for them."

In the long run however, the repubs are doomed by demographics. By that time, it may be too late.

Romney/Ryan with a compliant congress damned well straight would be a disaster.
