I think she'll probably decide to err on the side of caution and just tighten up the terms of his release before trial. She has to consider potential appeals and avoid the appearance of prejudice in this case. She knows that, and that's why I think she'll punt and give Stone another chance to behave. However, I do not believe that Stone is capable of that.
