It can't be "unequal," unless the churches pay taxes like the others do.

And just wait until Synagogues and Mosques start applying for those funds. What a mess this would open up. Wait until the alt-right realizes the U.S. may end up funding Muslim houses of worship, and Nazis realize that we'll be funding "those anti-Christian Jews."
