A lot of Christians write extensively in their bibles, underlining or highlighting passages that they feel are particularly important, making notes in the margins, etc. It's also common for a Bible that's a gift to have something written from the person who gave it to the recipient. I'll grant that getting a celebrity to sign their Bibles is a bit strange, but considering that some of these churches are preaching that God put Trump in office to implement God's plan, it's kind of understandable.
