248. Why do people care what JPR says?

Because it's what fake progressive sources push: that Democrats are the problem, not Republicans. Only Republicans fall for right-wing propaganda, but when supposedly progressive people get all worked up and emotional and passionate that Democrats are corrupt and horrible, the politically naive get sucked in. They think Michael Moore is on their side and when he says that the Democratic Party is a greater roadblock to social progress than Trump, they listen. They listen when Bernie Sanders says Democrats are ideologically bankrupt and don't care about the working class. They believe that any Democrat benefiting from PAC money is corrupt. Obviously the only way to pass progressive legislation is to elect a majority of Democrats, what the hell is the purpose of making them the enemy? To let Republicans off the hook. Why?
