With the wisdom gained over time, I pace myself better, eat better, sleep better (although the slide into Trumpist fascism vexes me no end), and have far more interests going than I did 15-20 years ago. My wife is a fantastic partner, she cooks, gardens, swims, and she plays guitar too— we jam at night often! Why the hell not?
