USC = University of Spoiled Children
That rep is unfair to the many kids who go there who aren't like that, and it is less like that than it used to be, but the rep isn't wrong. For certain folks in certain circles in SOCAL and NORCAL, going to USC/having your kids go there gives them a certain social status.
Loughlin is getting the bulk of the attention, but the rest of the list is full of this circle of folks.

Not really, other than cost (4th most expensive), a 4 year degree is around 225K usd
