Psychotic behaviour as a result of long term use of amphetamines has been known for a long time. Many soldiers dosed up on the stuff to stay awake and alert for days in several wars came back with severe mental disturbances.

Most doctors in the rest of the world don't prescribe it anymore. Anyone who self medicates with something vile like Adderall as a daily 'pick me up' is going to go crazy in the long run.

Can't think of anyone like that, can you? /sarcasm
