a flat earth, with evidence. Can't use the stars, since they're the primary evidence for a globe. Can't use a magnetic compass, since where's the magnetic south pole in their model? Can't use GPS, because that uses satellites, which Flat Earthers say don't exist. Can't use maps and charts drawn in the last 1500 years, since they all assume a globe.

Better stay within site of the home port, just in case. After all, Flat Earthers think you won't lose sight of that for a long time, since there's no horizon from any curvature of the Earth's surface. When they lose sight from near the waterline, they could then be taken up to the highest point possible of the ship, and then asked if they're familiar with the idea of lookout posts and crow's nests in ships ...
