2. I emailed Tom Cotton to ask how he felt about Trump's remarks about John McCain.

I told him how I felt, as mother and grandmother of those who have served in the military. I haven't received an answer.

I didn't often agree with McCain on policy, but I always respected him for his service, patriotism and love for his country.
