That Mueller handed off ALL further prosecutions to other jurisdictions to be "safe rather than sorry" that someone who gets indicted successfully challenges his jurisdiction. Remember, Manaforte tried to argue that and lost. It may be that the SC decided that all other crimes were close enough to being "questionably outside his scope" that they were farmed out. If this is the case, then these jurisdictions would clearly be waiting for Mueller to submit his report. Maybe this is just wishful thinking, but it is altogether possible that SDNY, DC, EDV all have finished cases and indictments ready that will come very soon. Given what is in other charging documents, and what was redacted in the Cohen filing, its 100% certain other people are being indicted. Don't get down because Mueller didn't drop them like many expected. If the Trump kids are being charged, they are going to handle it very "gently". I was wondering if this was why they had Trump "surrounded" this weekend.
